- What is the current build time?
Current build time for custom hoops is 5-7 days. Fire hoop orders may take up to 5-10 days, depending on order queue. - When will my hoop ship?
Your hoop will be done, made, & shipped within 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping time does not include build time. Your hoop may take 5-7 days to build PLUS shipping time.
If you need your hoop ASAP, please contact us before purchasing. - How will my hoops ship?
Standard shipping mostly includes USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Single hoops are coiled down in a large pizza box or poly mailer w/ box inside. Very secure during shipping.
Orders with multiple hoops will ship in larger boxes.
Large beginner hoops will be mailed in a mailer bag with cardboard inserts.
Sectional hoops may be shipped coiled or unassembled, depending how many hoops are in your order.
Larger orders may ship with UPS. Regardless, all orders come with tracking information.
