Reflective hoops ARE NOT LED hoops. Reflective hoops only flash when bright light (like a camera flash) hits it at a certain angle. Record your hoop sesh with your camera flash on to get the best effect! Photos are shown with & without flash. These are great hoops for day or night for any occasion!
All taped hoops come with a clear protective tape layer included preventing damage to the pretty tape underneath and making the hoop last longer!
